About Woodland Apartments
Woodland Apartment Complex is located in Bristol, Vermont, at the gateway to the Green Mountains. Units here include 1 room efficiency apartments, 1 Bedroom apartments, and 2 bedroom apartments. Upstairs apartments have a small balcony/porch for relaxing and listening to the surrounding wildlife. Downstairs 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments have a small patio for the same.
​We pride ourselves in having a quiet, clean living experience.
During the winter months we plow the roads, and keep sidewalks clear of snow and ice. Outside of each entryway you will see a white 5 gallon bucket, this is filled with sand so that tenants may sand the sidewalks as well.
Summer Months our lawns are kept mowed and tenants are encouraged to plant their own flowers and/or vegetables in raised beds away from the buildings. Tenants are also allowed to have BBQ grills, but have to be 20 feet from the building. You may also install AC units in your windows.
Other Woodland Facts:
Comcast*, Dish Network* are allowed for TV Services, However Dish network may not be available in all buildings due to trees blocking signal.
Comcast* and GMAVT* are available for Internet and Phone services.
Green Mountain Power* supplies Electricity
We are on the TVT (Tri-Valley Transit) Bus Route for Tenants wishing to ride the bus to work or store.
There is a Central Trash And Recycling Containers for tenants to dispose of their trash and recycling. Upon moving into your apartment you will be given a blue tote to keep your recycling in.
Composting is a requirement by the state of Vermont.
There is a composting bin in the same location as trash and recycling containers. you will be given a composting container upon move in.
